TITAN COLLECTIBLES - VINYL ART TOYS
Over a long relationship with Titan Collectables we’ve sculpted hundreds of characters from across your favourite film, TV, video game and music properties – from Alien to Adventure Time and Green Day to Ghostbusters, we’ve done them all!
Following the Titans format each figure has a carefully sculpted and approved head capturing the character’s likeness and personality, on a consistent cute body shape; all brought to life with intricate decorative processes. Achieving the finishing standards that collectors demand means a diligent process of close communication specifying each detail, meanwhile keeping track of the cost implication of each brushstroke.
HORNBY - MOVIE LICENSED SCALEXTRIC
Alongside our design work on the fun Looney Tunes and Wacky Races sets for Hornby, our team have delivered Scalextric driver sculpts for a range of classic movie and TV characters.
IIn the screen-accurate costume and a posture and pose reflecting that of the actor’s driving ‘performance’ they are crafted digitally in a likeness as detailed and precise as the team would attain for their action figure or collectible statue sculpts. Scaled down to 1:32 size to fit the car, the moulded drivers will later lose some definition in manufacturing, but it’s important to capture the details.
SAVAGE DAD ACTION FIGURE
‘Savage Dad’ is one of the alter egos of digital creator and freestyle footballer Jeremy Lynch. Ahead of his upcoming comic book debut, Modelshop were asked to design and prototype a 8” fully articulated action figure depicting the character.
Captured in a dynamic animated style developed from a single artwork, the figure is complete with several accessories and minute waterslide tattoos artworked from photo reference of Jeremy’s actual tattoos.
DEAD RISING 2: OUTBREAK EDITION ACTION FIGURE
In celebration of the release of sequel to their award-winning action adventure game, Capcom wanted an edition of the game like no other. Accordingly, we created a 12” action figure of their zombie tourist character for the deluxe collector’s version.
Accurate to the game in every gruesome detail from sculpted and painted bite marks to blood sprayed, smeared and splattered everywhere in different hues, textures and densities. Fully articulated and posable the figure’s range of motion was carefully controlled for the right ‘zombie’ look and dressed in detailed hand-made clothes.
THE HOBBIT MINI FIGURES
Created for sale by Vivid Imaginations as blind bagged mini figures, these intricate sculpts depict the friends and foes from the cinematic adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s classic.
Working with assets from Weta Workshop, our skilled sculptors hand-crafted the masters at just a few inches high, but capture every detail of likeness and costume with precision.
STAR TREK COLLECTIBLES
Collectible range of resin cast statues depicting characters from multiple TV and cinematic versions of the seminal science-fiction property.
Exquisitely detailed and with colours and decoration precisely specified, the statues really evoke the likeness as well as the performances that fans remember.
